      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
      - Create and maintain detailed project schedules, change control processes, and documentation
      - Identify and raise project risks, presenting detailed and implementable solutions or alternatives
      - Coordinate project activities across multiple systems, departments, and teams
      - Leverage knowledge of Finance systems to drive solutions that support the organization’s current and future needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 12 years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
      - At least 10 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
      - Proven experience coordinating projects across multiple teams with successful project delivery
      - Strong understanding of accounting processes and cross-finance practices
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document findings, proposals, and status clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with various ERPs such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP
      - PMP or Scrum certification
      - Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
      - Familiarity with LEAN principles and practices
      - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
