      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
      - Create and manage detailed project schedules, change control processes, and documentation
      - Identify and mitigate project risks while presenting implementable solutions
      - Coordinate project activities across multiple systems, departments, and teams
      - Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 12 years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
      - At least 10 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent roles
      - 8+ years of experience working with leading ERP solutions (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP)
      - Strong program and project management skills with proven experience in coordinating projects across multiple teams
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to document findings and proposals clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices
      - Proficiency with Microsoft ADO and SharePoint
      - Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
      - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
      - Experience solving analytical problems with quantitative approaches
