What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
- Create and manage detailed project schedules and documentation
- Identify project risks and present implementable solutions or alternatives
- Coordinate project activities across multiple systems, departments, and teams
- Leverage knowledge of Finance systems and ERP applications to drive solutions that meet business requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
- Strong program and project management skills with successful project delivery across multiple teams
- Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret Finance requirements into system solutions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP)
- PMP or Scrum certification
- Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Strong experience using Microsoft ADO and SharePoint
