What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, change control processes, and documentation
- Identify project risks and present implementable solutions to ensure timely delivery
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle
- Analyze costs and forecasts, incorporating them into business plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
- Strong program and project management skills with proven experience coordinating projects across multiple teams
- Working knowledge and experience with Workday Financials
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing conflict to achieve project goals
- Certification in PMP or Scrum
- Strong experience with various ERPs (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP)
- Experience with continuous delivery
- Familiarity with Agile - Scrum/Kanban methodologies
