What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
- Maintain a recruiting dashboard with KPIs and report to the executive team
- Manage the recruiting pipeline and the applicant tracking system
- Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants’ abilities
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7-12 years of work experience hiring for technical roles
- Proven expertise in hiring Golang Engineers
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
