      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, initiate, and execute strategic sourcing to build robust candidate pipelines

      - Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and coordinate interview processes
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and enhance candidate experience
      - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics using applicant tracking systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven top performer with 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a startup environment
      - Experience using LinkedIn Boolean searches to find the best possible talent
      - Strong ability to provide an exceptional candidate experience and effectively sell the company and role
      - Independent worker and self-starter in a remote work environment
      - Experience in an early-stage company with a broad array of assigned responsibilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using recruitment tools such as Gem and Ashby
