      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage recruitment strategies for highly cleared positions
      - Lead the entire recruiting lifecycle, ensuring compliance with government contracting regulations
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical job requirements and workforce planning
      - Source and engage cleared engineering talent nationwide, including various security clearance levels
      - Provide regular recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
      - Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of recruiting experience (or Master’s + 6 years)
      - Direct experience in government contracting and defense industry recruitment
      - Proven success sourcing and recruiting cleared candidates (TS, TS/SCI, TS/SCI with Polygraph)
      - Deep understanding of DoD clearance pipelines and security requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expertise in recruitment compliance, OFCCP/EEO laws, and audit readiness
      - Proficient in building strong relationships with hiring managers and technical leaders
      - Skilled in ATS tools, Boolean sourcing, and technical recruiting strategies
      - Comfortable operating independently and driving results in a fast-paced environment
