      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a strategic recruiting vision that supports the employer's mission and growth.
      - Design and execute effective hiring strategies across technical and business roles, from entry-level to senior leadership.
      - Partner cross-functionally with various teams to align on headcount planning, budget, and organizational design.
      - Actively source, engage exceptional candidates, and build talent pipelines across multiple functions.
      - Champion hiring excellence by equipping managers with tools, training, and insights for better hiring decisions.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7+ years of recruiting experience across technical and business roles, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology startup.
      - Proven track record of building scalable recruiting processes and introducing new tools or systems.
      - High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive hiring situations with care and professionalism.
      - Strong understanding of how hiring decisions impact company strategy and effective partnership with executives.
      - Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex ideas into actionable insights and influence decisions.
