      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, from application review through offer negotiation and onboarding
      - Design and execute strategic sourcing plans using platforms like LinkedIn and Hackajob
      - Screen candidates for technical fit and cultural alignment
      - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on hiring strategies
      - Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical or government contracting roles
      - Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
      - Commitment to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Workable
      - Success recruiting for cleared roles, including Secret and TS/SCI positions
      - Familiarity with federal government contracting requirements
      - Background in technical recruiting or experience in the technology industry
      - Collaborative approach with adaptability to thrive in a high-growth environment
