What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own technical SEO for multiple high-stakes accounts, auditing and maintaining site health
- Lead CMS migrations, domain consolidations, and JavaScript framework implementations
- Build automated monitoring systems to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate SEO requirements into technical specifications
- Analyze data to diagnose complex issues and communicate findings with clear metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical SEO within agency environments
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (including Apps Script) and familiarity with Python or similar tools
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and regex for debugging and data manipulation
- Experience leading migrations for large sites with 10,000+ pages and ensuring QA
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building advanced attribution systems and dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with modern B2B SaaS tech stacks, including headless CMSs and React-based frameworks
