What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advanced technical support to Enterprise and Federal customers
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address customer needs
- Develop effective triage and resolution techniques
- Serve as a domain expert on Skydio products
- Work on multiple projects as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- UAS/UAV/drone experience
- Willingness to travel 10-20% of the working year
- U.S. Citizenship
- 4+ years of experience in B2B operational or technical support roles
- Proficient in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in technology companies serving Skydio's focus markets
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PHP, Python
- Strong understanding of Network Security and IPsec
- Familiarity with RMA, spares, logistics, or repair workflows
- Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and Jira
