      Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote/Flexible)

      Position Overview:

      The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for driving the recruitment process for assigned openings, building the talent pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and promoting Insulet as an employer of choice. This role is responsible for partnering with hiring managers to provide the highest level of service in bringing top talent into the organization. This role ensures that the recruiting process moves efficiently and that we are effectively identifying and hiring the top talent needed to achieve business goals.

      Responsibilities:

      • Define sourcing strategies based on required skills, roles, and locations
      • Provide recruitment research, competitive intelligence, and analysis
      • Build on previous recruiting experience with demonstrated expertise to source passive candidates using innovative sourcing approaches
      • Identify and execute candidate generation strategies, proactively researching and assessing new recruitment methodologies
      • Conduct external benchmarking and talent mappings to understand competitive recruiting landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders.
      • Utilize social media to market roles, attract talent and build online communities of target candidates
      • Effectively utilize ATS tools in order to capture metrics for all recruiting activities
      • Support the recruiting teams by consistently generating a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates for leadership roles
      • Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find top talent
      • Be the market knowledge expert and provide insights to recruiters and Leaders

      Minimum Requirements:

      • 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment
      • 2+ years as a Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition with hiring Software Developers, Engineers, and Technical Talent
      • Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with leaders
      • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team member who can positively and productively impact strategic and tactical initiatives
      • Excellent research/sourcing skills, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques

      Preferred Skills and Competencies:

      • Bachelor’s Degree
      • Ability to deliver results across a team environment and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates.
      • Ability to independently make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment and anticipate future needs.
      • Ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision.
      • Demonstrated expertise utilizing Microsoft Office, Internet recruiting tools, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
      • Advanced internet recruiting and Boolean search string skills.
      • Knowledgeable on federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
      • Results oriented self-starter with demonstrated time management and execution skills.
      • Highly customer service focused and team oriented.
      • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, systems, and processes.
      • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
      • Role model and positive representative of the Company and Human Resources team.
