      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver engaging training sessions in various formats, including live virtual sessions, in-person workshops, and recorded sessions
      - Tailor learning experiences to meet the diverse needs and skill levels of customers
      - Develop deep expertise across Amplitude’s product suite to effectively guide customers
      - Collaborate with global Education team and partner with customer-facing teams for seamless training experiences
      - Support and enable regional services partners in delivering Amplitude training as part of their engagements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience delivering training, preferably in a SaaS environment
      - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with effective prioritization
      - Hands-on experience or familiarity with product analytics platforms and customer behavior analytics
      - Willingness to travel 50-60% within the region, with occasional global travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with API configuration, SQL, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
      - Dynamic and enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal skills
      - Ability to thrive in analytical problem-solving and self-directed learning environments
