- Perform add, moves, and changes to the Avaya G450 Media Gateways, Avaya Call Management System (CMS), Avaya WFO Contact Recorder ACR, QMS, Avaya One X Communicator, Avaya System Manager, Avaya Session Manager, Avaya Aura Messaging, SBC’s and SIP Phones.
- Leading internal/subcontractor teams through the completion of IT initiatives Provide support to the IT team with special projects
- Assist with the migration of telephony and IP from the on boarding of new dealers
- Assist the IT team in responding to all levels of support and special projects
- Provide regular feedback to direct reports regarding all phases of any special projects
- Other duties as assigned, including after hours support and on-call rotation
- Respond to all helpdesk requests in a timely fashion in accordance with company policies regarding helpdesk response times.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Avaya telecommunication technology support role
- Proficient knowledge in general networking, IP schemes and communications
- Timely responsiveness to requests and concerns.
- Ability to articulate and clarify information.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability and willingness to travel to branch locations as needed
- Ability to lift 50lbs

Job Summary: The primary responsibility is to provide Administration of Avaya phone system (software, hardware, diagnostics, programming, and upgrades). Maintain and support the organizations telephony needs for our four U.S. Based 7/24 call centers.
