Position Purpose: Responsible for developing and conducting a variety of training programs and auditing tools mainly for Specialty Pharmacy call center roles.
***The Senior Trainer role is primarily remote. Candidates will be considered nationally. Candidates much be willing to work Mon-Fri betwen 9-5:30pm EST to accommodate business needs.****
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of training and auditing experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment.
