What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate training programs using participant-centered techniques to enhance engagement and retention
- Develop and update training materials aligned with evolving business practices and Continuous Improvement principles
- Support planning and execution of training events for Continuous Improvement and business lines
- Analyze training program effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes
- Coach and provide feedback to participants and new trainers to foster continual learning and growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of classroom or virtual training, on-the-job training, or mentoring/coaching experience
- Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools, methodologies, and principles
- 2+ years of experience with Continuous Improvement/Lean deployment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse stakeholder groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience training, coaching, and prepping others to lead training/workshops
- Experience creating training modules that enhance learning experiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead blended programs supporting a remote workforce
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Empathy with a service orientation and a commitment to continuous improvement
