What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare borrowing base reports, funding requests, and monthly servicer reports
- Manage and enhance financial models focused on asset selection and predictive analytics
- Analyze and report portfolio and performance trends to internal stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with debt covenants and manage lender audits
- Support automation efforts and technology infrastructure for capital markets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, or a similar role
- Working knowledge of warehouse lending and securitization markets
- Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; some proficiency in SQL and Snowflake preferred
