- Create and update existing Figma files to reflect our latest product features.
- Work with designers and engineers to systematize design elements.
- Execute all UI/UX designs from concept to final hand-off to engineering, taking new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and production using a mobile-first approach.
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholders' feedback.
- Minimum of 8 years of UI/UX design experience.
- Demonstrated experience in visual design, human-computer interaction, and understanding of how design translates to code.
- Experience with Design Systems.
- Experience with responsive design, developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality mocks.
- Fluent in Figma, creating components, symbols, and prototypes to communicate user interactions.
- Experience working with product owners, engineers, QA, and design teams in agile product development cycles.
- Interested in technology and new design trends.
- Experience working in consumer fintech.

**This position will be working 100% Remotely from your home office in India as part of a distributed team in the USA, Canada, Europe and several locations in India.

Work Hours
In addition to other hours, we are looking for someone that can work 7:30pm IST to 11:30pm IST, so there is overlap time to collaborate with US team members.
Base Salary (Compensation)
The annual Fixed salary for this position is between 15LPA - 20LPA depending upon experience, geography + Variable
