      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Underwrite new and renewal business for life sciences accounts across multiple lines of coverage, including products, professional, and cyber
      - Assess risk and make informed underwriting decisions in accordance with company guidelines
      - Communicate coverage options and recommendations during the quoting process
      - Foster strong relationships with agency partners and maintain proactive communication with agents
      - Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and support overall agency management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of underwriting experience in small or middle market life sciences
      - Strong knowledge of property and casualty coverages and underwriting principles
      - Experience with Professional Lines, Cyber, and Products Liability is highly desired
      - Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
      - Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to negotiate and close accounts

      - Additional experience in marketing and business development within the insurance sector
      - Familiarity with underwriting software and internal systems
      - Proven track record of successfully managing complex accounts
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
