  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Plan, facilitate, and lead user research activities across various projects
  - Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve inclusive, accessible, and effective research outcomes
  - Conduct qualitative analysis and synthesize findings to create user journeys and user stories
  - Engage with stakeholders to negotiate and guide them towards positive project outcomes
  - Support project teams in navigating the complexities and ambiguities of user-centered design projects
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Demonstrable experience as a Senior User Researcher
  - Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams
  - Experience on GDS or public sector projects
  - Must be eligible for NPPV3 clearance
  - Strong facilitation skills for conducting user interviews and usability testing
