Analysing qualitative & quantitative consumer research, including becoming comfortable with statistical techniques to help analysis and interpretation.
Simplify complex data to identify important insights and clearly and succinctly articulate those insights in a way that guides business strategies.
You’ll communicate effectively, have an eye for detail and demonstrate a curiosity for understanding customers.
You’ll work closely with other teams across Lloyds Banking Group, getting to grips with key business challenges and influence them on the research requirements.
Ability to handle several projects simultaneously, an adaptable approach to change and ensure that projects are delivered on budget and to schedule.
You may also partner with research agencies, crafting clear briefs and working with agencies to deliver.
Deep qualitative and quantitative research expertise - understanding what is needed, crafting the brief, analysing and interpreting results. Plus a strong practical understanding of how to best apply a broad range of research techniques
Can translate business requirements into well-conceived and useful insight - Translate business requirements into well-conceived and actionable insight
Ability to speedily and proactively identify the most important and relevant insights from research and put these across clearly
Strong project management capabilities, adaptable and able to deliver multiple projects at the same time
Enjoys working in partnership with colleagues and suppliers to ensure delivery to specification, using budget efficiently and meeting timelines
Able to think expansively and design research studies that help to understand future customer needs and test future propositions
Ability to understand business challenges and influence / guide on relevant research requirements.
Ability to quickly translate business requirements into a coherent brief that balances cost, time and robustness.
Experience managing to a research budget and finding efficient ways to deliver high quality research
Experience working within an innovative team that is focused on developing and testing propositions that may enter the market in 3 – 5 years’ time

JOB TITLE: Senior User Researcher
SALARY: £66,861 - £78,000LOCATION(S): London
HOURS: Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least
two days per week, or 40% of our time in the office.
Attendance at research can be involved (sometimes include evenings) as well as occasional meetings with agencies and colleagues working on our projects, which may involve some travel.

We apply customer research methodologies, running strategic & tactical projects, interpreting the results and delivering clear, well thought out insights.
You’ll be someone that is able to communicate effectively, have an eye for detail and demonstrate a curiosity for understanding customers. We encourage new approaches to the way we do things and are open to challenging ourselves! Working together with other teams across Lloyds Banking Group, you'll get to grips with key business challenges and influence them on the research requirements.
