Identify user behaviours, needs, motivations, and accessibility requirements
Lead iterative design processes to improve usability and accessibility of systems, products, and services
Design digital and offline tasks, interactions, and interfaces aligned with user and organizational needs
Refine designs using user‑centered evaluation and feedback, communicating outcomes clearly to development and implementation teams
Determine approaches for encouraging user engagement in research and identifying opportunities for innovation
Collect and analyse user‑related data; synthesize findings into insights, reports, and presentations
Plan and drive user research activities while contributing to organizational research standards
Analyse and communicate user characteristics, tasks, and operating environments
Conduct structured and ad‑hoc usability testing; share findings with delivery teams
Design and prototype interactions, workflows, and interfaces for digital applications
Apply iterative methods to rapidly incorporate user feedback into designs
Define and maintain UX design standards across products and ensure consistency
Create wireframes, visual designs, interaction designs, and annotated mockups
Gather cross‑functional input prior to design finalization; document and communicate design intent
Establish and promote UI design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Integrate required visual design and branding into user experience workflows
Lead user experience evaluations to ensure usability and accessibility requirements are met
Advise on evaluation methods, user involvement levels, and design adjustments
Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure evaluation outcomes drive improvements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
4–6 years of experience designing UI/UX for interactive media, software, web, or mobile applications
2+ years of experience in a clinical, regulated, or similar industry
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise
Fluency in best practices for mobile and web information architecture
Strong knowledge of usability principles and methodologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience working in Agile development environments
Understanding of web applications, technologies, and programming skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Demonstrated ability to mentor and support team members in a matrix environment
Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Detail‑oriented with responsiveness to requests and inquiries
Based in or able to work from Hungary (hybrid environment)
