Job Title: Senior Designer

Job Description :
Lead UX/UI Design: Own the evolution of the DPO (Dynamics for Projects Operations) user interface and user experience. Design end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate Cross-Functionally:Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to align design solutions with business needs and technical feasibility.Work closely with Design Systems and UX Research teams to ensure design consistency and user-informed decisions.Create Prototypes:Develop prototypes to socialize ideas, support usability testing, or demonstrate interactive behaviors to Front-End teams.Incorporate User Feedback:Gather and analyze user feedback (via UX Research) to inform design iterations and uncover areas for innovation.Contribute to Design Systems:Help build and scale reusable components within the design system for consistency across experiences.Promote Best Design Practices:Advocate for user-centricity, accessibility, and inclusive design across all aspects of the product.Strategic Stakeholder Engagement:Participate in strategic design reviews and represent UX work to senior Adobe leadership.Holistic Problem Solving:Approach design problems from a system-level view, understanding both user needs and business context
