What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow sales and market share for an assigned territory by promoting, selling, and servicing Peripheral Vascular products
- Develop and execute ongoing sales plans to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Identify opportunities within current and new customer bases and implement strategies to drive business growth
- Educate customers on product features and ensure effective usage
- Collaborate with internal functions to meet targets and communicate market intelligence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of B2B sales or healthcare sales experience, or 5 years total sales experience with a minimum of 2 years of employer sales experience
- Ability to meet hospital vendor credentialing requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to travel extensively by car and plane
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience in medical devices, capital equipment sales, or surgical sales
- Degree in biological science or business preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results
- Knowledge of operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols
- Previous top performance recognition, such as being a President's Club winner
