      The Chief of Staff Office oversees key executive affairs and priorities of the Head/CEO of Asset Servicing in alignment with the overall business and enterprise strategy. As an SVP, Business Planning, responsibilities will include:

      • Collaborating with client teams and other internal stakeholders to drive the CEO engagement strategy forward, while amplifying firmwide strategic initiatives. You must be able to develop trusting relationships at all levels within the organization.
      • Composing and executing all CEO correspondence; Quick Takes, Client Notes, Staff Appreciation emails, event/panel talking points, press releases.
      • Partnering with BNY Marketing & Comms to amplify the executive profile through targeted media engagements, industry events and recognition programs.
      • Coordinating with Corporate Events on all executive forums and client-facing programs.
      • Leading the strategy and execution of all social media opportunities.
      • Proactively managing client engagement calendar in partnership with coverage teams, on-site location leads and Executive Assistant.
      • Contributing to financial and executive briefings and content with COO & Finance to provide meaningful insights into business performance.
      • Serving as the “right hand” to the Chief of Staff.

      To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

      • Proven ability to exercise good judgment and emotional maturity while handling confidential matters with discretion across various situations with internal and external parties.
      • Expert written and verbal communication and organizational skills, with the ability to seamlessly balance multiple priorities while keeping the highest level of stakeholder / client service and response.
      • Ownership mindset, with the aptitude to execute tasks from conception to completion with excellent attention to detail; matters are handled expeditiously and proactively, with proper follow-through.
      • Resourceful and collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills; able to provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO Office, and other teams / colleagues.
      • Exhibit willingness to innovate with AI enabled and other tools to increase productivity and optimize workflows.
      • Strong acumen of PowerPoint / visual design, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Viva Engage.



      BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $102,000 and $150,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
      This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
