      Senior Vice President of Compliance and Quality Opportunity Description

      Our client is a well-established and growing Hospice Care organization. They are looking for a Senior Vice President of Compliance and Quality. This person can be remotely based with some travel expected. Ideal locations would be in the Central or Mountain time zones. A Registered Nurse is required with multi-state Compliance and QAPI leadership experience in Medicare certified Hospice. Home Health experience may be considered. We desire a proactive, data-driven leader that can help scale their quality and compliance program. Relocation candidates welcome to apply!

      Senior Vice President of Compliance and Quality Requirements
      • Current multi-state Hospice or Home Health Quality Assurance and Process Improvement leadership experience.
      • Expert in Medicare regulations, Hospice COP’s, HIPPA, and HOPE.
      • Registered Nurse required.
      • Up to 50% travel required.

      Senior Vice President of Compliance and Quality Responsibilities
      • Assess, develop, and lead organizational QAPI program.
      • Standardize and improve policies and procedures across multiple offices.
      • Travel as needed to individual locations to assess and implement QAPI initiatives.
      • Mentor and develop regional QA managers.
      • Analyze EMR and other data points to look for areas of improvement.

      The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
