      We are hiring a Senior Vice President, Sales to be based in our Bloomington, MN headquarters. You will be responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction for our large Consumer Brands sales teams to deliver industry-leading results. You will drive top and bottom-line growth while deepening customer partnerships, achieving consistent market share growth, and scaling our presence across grocery, club, mass, dollar, and emerging retail markets. As a key member of the Consumer Brands senior leadership team, you will report directly to the President of Consumer Brands. This role will need to be office based in the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

      Top Priorities:

      • Accelerating net sales growth across all categories, channels, and route to markets
      • Expanding market share leadership across all portfolios
      • Delivering cost productivity while providing outstanding service to all customers across the country

      Responsibilities:

      • Lead and inspire a high-performing national sales team and broker partnerships while advancing strategic relationships with major retail accounts (Walmart, Costco, Kroger, etc.)
      • Develop long-term customer vision and strategy, build top-level executive relationships, and optimize trade planning to accelerate sales and maintain consistent revenue growth.
      • Oversee trade promotion planning and retail execution to maximize shelf presence, partnering with field teams and category managers to optimize product assortment, placement, pricing, and promotion.
      • Expand distribution through strategic account targeting and white space opportunities while updating and forecasting sales revenue for leadership presentations.
      • Partner closely with marketing, customer growth capabilities (sales planning, revenue growth management, customer marketing, trade operations, category management), Finance, and business planning teams to ensure alignment on product launches, inventory, and customer expectations.
      • Drive continuous improvement activities, eliminate inefficiencies, and represent the voice of customers and retailers in cross-functional planning and innovation cycles.

      Qualifications:

      • 15+ years of sales leadership experience ideally in the CPG food industry. MBA preferred.
      • Deep understanding of U.S. retail channels (grocery, mass, club, natural/specialty) and CPG sales fundamentals.
      • Strong track record of success in sales management and trade marketing leadership with people-first approach
      • Proven success leading customer teams for high growth businesses across multiple categories, temperature states, and go to market systems, and delivering against aggressive revenue goals.
      • Strong command of trade strategy, forecasting, syndicated data, and promotional ROI analysis.
      • Highly prefer a comprehensive understanding of the Walmart Inc. ecosystem with proven ability to strengthen the partnership and drive overall sales growth
      • Transformative thinker and leadership style with ability to unite teams and effectively lead organization change.
      • Prioritizes culture and thrives in a fast-paced, team focused high growth environment.

      Compensation and Benefits:

      The base salary range for this position is $275,000 - $325,000 annually with eligibility for a 50% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
