What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary technical resource for BIM/CAD workflows across multiple projects
- Maintain effective relationships with design, project, and client teams
- Facilitate BIM process integration and adherence to the BIM Execution Plan
- Utilize Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam for daily project tasks
- Assist team members with BIM/VDC-related responsibilities and troubleshooting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with relevant education, including a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, industrial, or a combination of construction-related training and experience
- Hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
- Proficient in Navisworks for clash detection and resolution management
- Skilled in converting 2D sketches or drawings into 3D models
- Exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with 3D scanning and point cloud registration
- FAA Part 107 Certified UAV Operator
- Familiarity with Synchro 4D animation development and Revizto
- Experience creating renderings, animations, and VR sessions using 3DS-Max with VRay and/or Unity
- Knowledge of 3D MEP modeling with Civil 3D or related software platforms
