Design and produce event creative (primarily digital; cross-channel awareness required)

Execute template-driven design while elevating visual quality and consistency

Own more open-ended creative work where direction may be light and taste is critical

Support a broad range of mixed design needs across multiple teams

Work directly from briefs provided by the hiring manager’s team (no proxy PM layer)

Makes strong visual decisions independently

Can improve or refine a brief through execution

Maintains quality under speed and ambiguity

Requires minimal art direction once aligned

High-quality event or campaign creative (brand moments, launches, conferences, summits, product events, etc.)

Evidence of conceptual thinking, not just layout execution

Strong typography, spacing, hierarchy, and restraint

Ability to work within a design system and push beyond it when appropriate

Consistent visual quality across multiple assets (not just one-off hero pieces)

Art direction or lead visual ownership on projects

Brand or marketing design for tech, SaaS, or B2B companies

Before/after examples showing elevation of existing templates or systems

Clear indication of individual contribution (not just team output)
Senior Visual Designer / Art Director
Location: India (100% Remote)
Engagement: Agency-supplied (individual contributor)
Time Zone: Must overlap meaningfully with US hours (afternoon/evening IST acceptable)Role Summary
We’re seeking a Senior Visual Designer (Art Director–level acceptable) to act as embedded, in-house design support for a US-based creative team. This is a hands-on execution role requiring strong visual judgment, speed, and consistency across both systemized and open-ended creative work.
