What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications and components using Java, OSGi, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform
- Implement custom AEM components, templates, and workflows to support marketing web initiatives
- Integrate AEM with other systems, analytics platforms, and third-party web services
- Collaborate with web developers, designers, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure high-quality delivery
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues across various AEM environments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Java development, with at least 3 years dedicated to AEM (6.x or later)
- Expertise in OSGi, JCR, Sling models, and AEM core concepts
- Deep understanding of AEM architecture, including dispatcher and performance optimization
- Experience with code versioning tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with cloud-based AEM deployments (AEM as a Cloud Service)
- Experience leading technical design and mentoring junior developers
