  Job Description:
  
  We are seeking a Senior Webmethods developer with robust experience in IBM Webmethods and Java in spring framework. The candidate will be expected to be a part of a systems operator team in IBM Messaging addressing incident issues. Candidate will also be responsible for evaluating current operations tasks, ensuring their properly documented and optimized to lead in converting and automating for systems administrators to execute.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  • Installation and Configuration: Setting up and configuring IBM Webmethods environments.
  • Administration and Maintenance: Monitoring WebMethods, applying patches and updates, and performing version upgrades.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyzing error logs, dumps, and traces to identify and resolve Webmethods issues.
  • Performance Tuning: Monitoring WebMethod performance using tools and tuning queue depths, log sizes, and buffer pools for optimal operation.
  • Integration Solutions: Designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions with IBM MQ.
  • Build Support: Providing build support including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Change Management: Implementing change requests based on CM processes.
  • Incident Management: Performing incident management activities and resolving incidents based on incident processes.
  • Security: Configuring and managing authentication and authorization, often using LDAP.
  • Publish/Subscribe: Configuring and managing publish/subscribe models.
  • Message Queue Monitoring: Monitoring message queues, topics, and subscriptions using various tools.
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • Minimum 5 to10 years of progressive experience in design and development of IBM Webmethods.
  • Strong working experience in WebMethods Product Suite with Software AG WebMethods API Gateway 10.11, webMethods 9.12, 7.1 &6.5, Integration Server, Broker, webMethods BPM, Centra Site Active SOA, Designer, Trading Networks, webMethods Workflow, webMethods Modeler/Designer, Developer, Deployer and webMethods Service net, my webMethods.
  • Experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Middleware SiteMinder/CA Directory Java SE and EE (versions 1.8 through 21) JUnit Spring Framework Apache Ant Apache Commons Apache Log4J XML HTML JBoss 24 of 137 25 of 137 JBoss BRMS JBoss EAP Server JBoss Data Grid (JDG) Java Messaging Service (JMS) JBossWS and JAX-WS
  • Experience with Webmethods API Gateway team, EOP's Middleware team, SME Services Group as a WebMethods SME. Tax Pro Team as Solution Architect. Also worked as WebSphere/JBOSS SME, Blaze Advisor SME.
  • Experience in API design & API development and good understanding & knowledge of API security, PING, WebMethods API Gateway to create APIs, define policies, publish REST and SOAP APIs to WebMethods API Portal. securely exposed APIs to developers, partners, and other consumers.
  • Experience with WebMethods API Portal to publish API documentation, manage developer onboarding process through workflows.
  • Provide usage analytics, and allow new business uses of published APIs
  • Experience with WebMethods Designer IDE and Administration UIs to develop APIs and interfaces
  • Create and publish OpenAPI specifications (formerly Swagger) to WebMethods API Gateway to enforce policies
  • Extensive hands-on technical experience with Web services, SOAP, EJB, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, HTML, JavaScript, ASP, XML, Weblogic.
  • Strong experience with WebSphere Administration, JVM Creation, Cluster Configuration, EAR file Application Deployments, JMS, Integration with MQSeries.
  • Webmethods certification is desirable.
