      Impact in this Role:

      Fictiv is seeking a senior-level Web Strategist to take full ownership of the strategic direction and performance of the Fictiv website. This leader shapes the user experience, drives measurable growth, and oversees an ongoing cycle of experimentation that drives new signups, new users, new accounts, and revenue. This person brings a mix of analytical sharpness, creative curiosity, and the leadership presence required to influence C-suite executives.

      You will report to the Vice President, Growth Marketing.

      What You’ll Be Doing:

      Website Strategy and Roadmap

      • Develop a clear website roadmap that advances Fictiv's business goals
      • Prioritize work based on impact and partner closely with content, creative, SEO, and growth teams
      • Lead the push toward a modern, highly converting site experience

      User Experience and Performance Optimization

      • Champion user-centered UX decisions informed by data, customer insights, and strong experimentation discipline
      • Drive continuous improvement across navigation, page structure, conversion paths, and overall site quality to enhance user experience
      • Establish and enforce UX, accessibility, and performance standards to ensure the site scales without sacrificing quality

      Experimentation and Growth

      • Use analytics tools every day to identify opportunities, size impact, and run A/B test experiments that improve conversion rates and signup quality
      • Bring a creative mindset that goes beyond standard testing and explores bold experiments
      • Own website measurement frameworks, funnel definitions, and attribution alignment in partnership with Growth and RevOps to ensure decisions are based on trusted data

      SEO and AIO

      • Partner with the SEO manager and broader content team to grow organic reach and authority
      • Optimize website content and structure for AI consumption, improve search visibility, and data quality
      • Lead the evolution of the website for AI-driven discovery, including structured data, content accessibility for LLMs, and emerging AI search behaviors

      Cross-Functional Leadership

      • Own relationships with internal teams, including creative, content, lifecycle, product marketing, and paid media
      • Communicate roadmap decisions clearly and present strategy and results directly to the senior leadership team

      Team and Vendor Management

      • Manage multiple developers based in India, as well as a US-based SEO manager
      • Collaborate with the shared marketing project manager to maintain a clear, prioritized development queue
      • Understand enough about coding and web development to estimate timelines and scope
      • Travel: 0-10%All employees are expected to maintain and contribute to the QMS

      Desired Traits:

      • Senior-level experience owning the strategy and performance of a large-scale marketing website
      • Strong command of analytics tools and an instinct for data-driven decision-making
      • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing international development resources
      • Deep understanding of UX principles and growth tactics that improve acquisition and conversion
      • Strong familiarity with standard marketing technology systems, including CMS platforms, testing tools, analytics environments, tag managers, CRM systems, and automation platforms
      • Proven success driving SEO and AIO improvements
      • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to senior leaders
      • Ability to estimate development work and make sound prioritization decisions

      Salary Range: $145,000 to $160,000 per year, depending upon experience
