      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deliver communications that explain and promote Total Rewards offerings, including health and wellness benefits and compensation
      - Collaborate with HR and Total Rewards leaders to ensure accurate and accessible communications
      - Manage communication materials across multiple channels, ensuring quality standards are met
      - Coordinate with vendors to implement communications campaigns, managing timelines and deliverables
      - Monitor employee feedback and engagement metrics to improve communication effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
      - 2-4 years of related experience in benefit communication or a combination of education and experience
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
      - Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
      - Proficiency in Google Workspace and graphic design capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with email marketing software
      - In-depth knowledge of benefit communications and internal communications
