What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules, ensuring project deliverables are met within timelines and budget
- Lead design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions for Workday Financials
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday Financials configuration
- Drive transformation of business processes, particularly in Foundation Data Model (FDM) and Financial Accounting
- Assist clients with data conversion from legacy systems into Workday
What is Required (Qualifications):
- CPA is required
- Minimum of two full lifecycle engagements implementing Financial Accounting/FDM with the Workday Platform
- 3+ years of Workday Financials experience and a total of 10-15 years of Financials experience from other ERP systems
- Deep understanding of Workday's configuration options and transactional lifecycles
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior implementation partner experience
- Workday implementation experience in a lead role in Financial Accounting, FDM, or Core Financials
- Active certifications in FDM, Core Financials, and Financial Accounting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
