What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead technical support efforts for Workday U.S. Payroll, addressing complex issues and guiding the payroll team
- Configure and maintain Workday U.S. Payroll and Time Tracking modules for accurate payroll data processing
- Oversee the testing and implementation of updates, enhancements, and releases within Workday U.S. Payroll
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Document processes, configurations, and resolutions for comprehensive record-keeping
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive Workday Payroll configuration experience
- Demonstrated technical experience in major system implementations and business process redesign initiatives
- Familiarity with payroll operations and system configuration within Workday
- Workday Payroll Certification or equivalent
- Effective communication skills to convey technical details to non-technical users
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with earnings and deduction calculations, managing pay results, and configuring pay audits
- Functional Payroll experience, with knowledge in Compensation and Benefits preferred
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry
