  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct deep SEO research and R&D to remain ahead of algorithm updates and AI search trends
  - Perform comprehensive SEO audits for client websites, identifying issues and implementing data-driven solutions
  - Utilize AI-powered tools and advanced analytics to discover keyword opportunities and optimize content strategies
  - Create and optimize 301 redirects, HTML/XML sitemaps, title tags, meta descriptions, and structured data for enhanced indexing
  - Monitor and enhance site performance through website code upgrades and server optimization
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including site architecture, tags, coding, and link building
  - Experience implementing AI-based SEO strategies, including keyword clustering and content optimization
  - Proficiency in HTML/CSS and familiarity with SEO auditing tools like Screaming Frog
  - Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
  - Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Knowledge of JavaScript and PHP
  - Experience with rank tracking and competitive analysis tools like Semrush or Ahrefs
  - Basic knowledge of web copywriting and web design as they relate to SEO functionality
  - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  - A passion for building and growing a startup
