What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive SEO strategy for multiple sites to enhance traffic and revenue
- Set site-specific goals, design projects, and monitor performance for leadership reporting
- Develop new strategies and processes to improve SEO team efficiencies and KPIs
- Oversee SEO performance using tools like BrightEdge, Google Analytics, and Search Console
- Educate and train internal teams on SEO best practices and trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, data, or communications-related field; graduate degree is a plus
- 7+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record of scalable tactics
- Ability to teach and train others on SEO principles
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for process-building
- Experience managing stakeholders and their needs at various organizational levels

- Previous advocacy for organic search and inbound marketing strategies
- Comfortable working with ambiguous concepts and distilling them into actionable deliverables
