      In this position…

      The SEO Lead is a member of Ford Pro’s Digital & UX group within the Marketing team and will be responsible for SEO strategy & growth across FordPro.com global properties. Through partnership with the web marketing team, content team, web dev team and others, the SEO Lead will create and manage SEO strategies and recommendations to optimize site KPIs.

      Qualifications

      You’ll have…

      • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience
      • 3+ years of SEO experience
      • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and website structures, as well as a deep expertise in technical SEO

      Even better, you may have…

      • Expertise with Google Search Console
      • Demonstrated experience growing rankings and traffic through SEO tactics
      • Proven ability to make data-driven actionable recommendations
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a digestible way for collaborators and leadership
      • Process-oriented mindset with an eye for potential efficiencies
      • A self-starter mentality to take initiative

      Responsibilities

      What you'll do…

      • Perform fundamental SEO activities, including technical audits, keyword research/ranking analysis, competitive market analysis, implementation of SEO industry best practices
      • Monitor & report on SEO health, and effectively communicate performance of SEO initiatives to business partners, as well as recommend actions for optimization & KPI improvement
      • Troubleshoot technical SEO issues and recommend fixes to improve search engine ranking
      • Collaborate with UX & content teams to audit & optimize existing content or develop new content
      • For new pages, provide SEO tags & recommend keywords, as well as validate tags and pages are being indexed as expected
