Job Description

- Proven record in SEO with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Experience in outreach and link building.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices of SEO, and other digital marketing channels
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Good working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl and SEMrush
- Experience of using a CMS and basic HTML
- Copywriting skills to support website content changes
- Knowledge of other digital marketing channels, desirable

We're looking for an experience SEO Lead who will join the Retail team where you’ll be contributing to Helping Britain Achieve Net Zero and help us become a leading player in each of the four markets we operate in – Wholesale, Retail, EBS and Field Services.

What you’ll be doingWe’re looking for an ambitious individual to help build and deliver our SEO strategy at EDF. As the SEO Lead, you’ll be working with teams across the business to develop, deliver and optimise SEO across our website, generating leads that will open new opportunities to drive commercial growth.
You’ll work with our development team, paid digital and content team to offer a holistic view of marketing activity. You’ll Develop connected strategies with our paid media team and maintain an overarching strategy and performance monitoring, ensuring best practice is adhered to.
