      As a SEO Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic growth, improve search engine rankings and enhance our online presence across all digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms and industry trends. You will work with marketing to deliver a comprehensive media program which elevates the role of SEO and considers what efficiencies can be gained with SEM whilst concurrently working with the content team to deliver a foundational SEO program and guide the strategic approach through product squads.

      What will you bring?

      To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

      • Experienced in digital marketing/paid media preferably with Finance or service industry experience
      • Proven track record of success in developing and executing SEO strategies that drive significant growth and improve search engine rankings
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends and draw actionable insights to inform decision making
      • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
      • Hands-on experience with SEO tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Google search console, SEMrush or similar tools
      • Extensive experience working with or within advertising agencies to develop and manage SEO strategies and campaigns that meet business objectives
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
