What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Fine-tune and deploy generative AI tools to enhance SEO and drive revenue
- Design, automate, and integrate conversational bots that improve customer interactions
- Create and optimize AI-generated content for product pages, blogs, and metadata
- Analyze conversion metrics through A/B testing and refine strategies for better performance
- Train non-technical teams on best practices for prompt engineering and AI utilization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce driving revenue using generative AI tools
- Proficiency in fine-tuning and deploying various generative AI models
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience in creating optimized content
- Familiarity with NLP techniques and chatbot design for improved query understanding
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics and conversion rates
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with RAG systems or building intelligent agents
- Proven track record of implementing successful A/B testing strategies
- Knowledge of CRM and CDP data usage for advanced segmentation
- Passion for staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in generative AI
- Strong communication skills for cross-training and empowering teams
