Job Description
- Req#: R035385
- 5 years of retail experience and 3 years in an Operational Management role
- Experience working with exception reporting, CCTV Equipment is preferred
- Internal Interview Technique/Training (Wicklander-Zulawski certification preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality concerning projects and assignments
- Knowledge of retail operations and Loss Prevention
- Safety experience in a retail environment preferred
- Ability to proactively and independently analyze historical data, shrink trends and exceptions
- Proven problem-solving and team building skills
- Excellent organizational skills, delegation and follow-up skills
- Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel
- Shrink Prevention and Awareness
- Conduct internal audits that will help identify shrink and safety trends and risk exposure
- Visit high shrink focus store locations to measure execution levels
- Review exception reports as needed
- Assist in reviewing and investigating large cycle count category variances as assigned
- Safety Standards and Awareness
- Audit Worker’s Comp, General Liability Auto and Property Claims for completeness
- Audit lift equipment procedures and training documentation
- Hazardous Material Review
- Conduct internal audits that will help identify hazardous material execution trends and risk exposures
- Extensive travel required including air and car travel
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.
- The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to noisy.

Purpose:
This position is based in the field and is responsible for auditing assigned stores twice per calendar year. The audits will evaluate and measure store execution rates in safety, loss prevention, store operations, that result in loss. The position will also recommend plans to correct opportunities in these areas as well as driving sales initiatives. This position will partner with the Divisional Operations Director and Divisional Safety and LP Director to ensure stores are showing sustained improvement.
