Greet guests in a professional manner; anticipate and service the guests' needs before requests are necessary.*

Serve beverage and food items with the ability to describe all menu items with detail and preparation methods in order to assist servers. *

Assist with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen and safely transporting it to guests, as well as removal of items from the guests' table.*
-
Forward any guest concerns to the applicable wait staff person or supervisor*
-
Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.*
-
Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.*
-
Ensure that all side work assigned is accomplished in a clean and orderly manner.*
-
Restock all dining and service areas, ensuring that condiments are amply supplied on the guest table prior to the guests taking their seats.*

Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
-
Minimum of 1 year of related experience - experience in the F&B industry preferred
-
Must display a professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines
-
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated to perform all aspects of the job at all times
-
Must be friendly, upbeat, work well with other employees, and be able to interact with guests

Must be able to multitask while prioritizing job tasks and assignments

This is a union position, and the work schedule will be based on union seniority. Candidates must be able to meet schedule requirements, which will most likely require working flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet operational demands.
