Job summary
The Access Community Mental Health Service is part of the innovative Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership in Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW). We work with voluntary and statutory partnersincluding Alabar, Missing Link and Nilaarito ensure people with mental health needs can access the right support at the right time in the community. As part of our trauma-informed and culturally inclusive approach, we aim to reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes for individuals and families.
Main duties of the job
As a Service Administrator, youll be the backbone of a local multi-disciplinary team, helping the service run smoothly and efficiently.

Maintaining records, coordinating shared caseload meetings, and collating key data. Ensuring compliance with governance and confidentiality requirements. Handling referral information and updating electronic client records. Supporting project work, event planning, and performance reporting.
