What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
- Make effective decisions based on thorough case analysis
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of products, software applications, and processes
- Handle exceptions, escalations, and technical issues while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills and ability to multitask
- Hunger for continued learning and problem-solving abilities
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience
- Series 6 FINRA licensing preferred
