What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform quality assurance testing activities and develop detailed test plans and cases
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure service delivery meets business requirements
- Manage trouble tickets, ensuring consistent processes for incident, change, and problem resolution
- Conduct data compilation and in-depth analysis to identify trends and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting needs with business objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Service Assurance, Service Delivery, or related fields
- General working knowledge of telecommunications and service management processes
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ITIL Practitioner, CCNA, or JNCIA certifications
- Telecommunications industry experience or relevant job-specific certifications
- Familiarity with web analytics/reporting tools
