      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide ongoing, in-person individual case management for participants and their families
      - Facilitate participants' needs assessments and develop individualized recovery plans
      - Monitor services and plans for positive outcomes in accordance with wellness goals
      - Conduct community outreach and provide information about the program to local stakeholders
      - Collect and report program data to the Lead Service Coordinator and Center for Global Health & Healing Manager

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in social work, clinical counseling, public health, community development, or related field, OR two years of experience in refugee service provision or service coordination
      - Thorough understanding of the refugee process related to resettlement, healthcare, and social services
      - Experience in case management and community outreach
      - Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multidisciplinary team
      - Willingness to learn about trauma-informed and culturally responsive care

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with refugee populations and understanding their unique challenges
      - Familiarity with local community resources and services available to refugees
      - Multilingual abilities to assist diverse populations
      - Previous experience in a healthcare or social services setting
      - Strong communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders
