- Assuring SLA/operational metrics are achieved for the outsourced processes and appropriate remediation actions designed and implemented. This includes identifying root-cause and changed to as-is process.
- Project management skills to support building service delivery platforms and implementation of a world-class Procurement to Pay operational process, partnering with global program teams to ensure proper involvement in design, testing and deployment for new initiatives
- Creation of User-Interest Groups and ongoing management
- Implementation of new operational process, solutions, policies, ensure stability of existing operations at all times to meet the global / region control requirements.
- Proposal for process improvement and system enhancement to improve the efficiency of all purchasing and invoicing transactions for countries of responsibility
- Be the driving focus for centralization of certain global functions to achieve synergies and process excellence
- Bachelor’s degree, graduate in Finance/Banking/Accountancy
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in a financial or related sector
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable cycle and process
- Proficient in MS office

Role Description:
The Service Delivery Assistant has accountability for delivering agreed services to a specific client group, focusing on achieving consistent operational excellence and client/user satisfaction, leveraging agreed improvement strategies and use of technology to ensure Service Delivery and Operations are fully aligned and integrated. The Service Delivery Assistant is accountable for workstream performance outcomes within their assigned client group. They will deliver operations, working closely with client management and product management, initiative delivery and COO colleagues to ensure client satisfaction, achievement of business goals and appropriate management of risk. The Service Delivery Assistant is accountable for supporting implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, for delivering assigned aspects of agreed transition projects and for delivering services, in conjunction with local vendors. The Service Delivery Assistant will develop and maintain positive relationships with managers within the business.
