What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and coordinate the effective delivery of a variety of property services
- Manage work orders to completion in the employer's or client-based web application
- Schedule access for internal and external service providers as needed
- Prepare weekly/monthly summaries of work order performance for stakeholders
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and service providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant job experience
- High school completion plus a specialized technical or business course
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of financial management software
- Familiarity with Maximo and Oracle systems
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
