What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve technical software and hardware issues using logical problem-solving skills and documented processes
- Assist multiple clients through different ticketing systems while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Identify and escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate team for resolution
- Provide End-User Electronic Health Record (EHR) usability assistance to healthcare professionals
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team to maintain phone coverage during breaks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Working knowledge of PC operations and ability to navigate between desktop applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Knowledge of medical terminology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Experience with troubleshooting various IT issues
